    Oct. 31- 177.6 - A 2 lb loss for October. Happy and Grateful!

    •Monday Updates•

    11/1 - 178.4 - Tired this morning, dealing with some fluid retention.
    11/5 - 175.2
    11/12 - Seems to be a battle getting away from 177. 😕
    11/19 - 177 - SMH - These 170's are the devil! BUT, they won't win.

    11/26 - 178 - 😥 Excess fluid, but nooooooooo to this number, lol. The brightside is that my bodyfat percentage is lower.

    11/28 - 174.8 - Two more pounds in 2 days. Is it even possible? I'll try.

    11/30 - 178.2 - Ate pretzels last night so paying the price today.

    Just squeaked to that 5 pound loss, I was shooting for a 9 pound loss, but I'll take it! I had put on 40 pounds this year in 6 months, looks like at this pace it will take me 8 months to take it back off : - (
    Such is how it goes.
    For some of us it is a lifelong battle I guess.
    Tracking is definitely the only way to stay on top of it.
    If we do this challenge again next month I think that I am going to follow Tracie_Lord and do it daily. It will show better fluctuations and it is really good for accountability.
    Good job everyone for taking ownership. At the end of the day it is up to us and us alone.
    I hope that we do this again for December.

    You sure had a great start in the first 5 days! Pretzels and stuff are okay to have, everything is okay to have as long as we measure/count it. Deprivation never works for sure. Moderation can be tough, but we can do it!!
