Body: big hilly hike & 30 mins on ex bike
Total 147 mins
Mind: read 2 pp of my book; browsing in book store; bought 2 more books
Soul: nature, time with visiting family!! Just a perfect day. Got family to declutter items in closet. I’m so happy to have just the items they need/want there now.
Creativity: took photos of trees for a Xmas card idea I’m playing with. Soaked up the colors/feel of the season!2 -
Self Care for the Body: I've been freezing all day, I'm about to hop into a nice hot shower and then I will probably unwind with a nice up of chamomile tea before bed
Self Care for the Spirit: I'm back to my gratitude journal now that I'm back home and have it again.
Self Care for the Mind: Going to read a bit tonight while I have my tea.

Self Care for the Body: I started my 10K training plan today (and broke in a new pair of running shoes!).
Self Care for the Soul: Another entry for the gratitude journal.
Self Care for the Mind: I’m doing some research on teaching online classes. I have two in my schedule next semester and it’s a first for me.1 -

Stopped eating out!!!** Eating my regular delicious foods that make my body feel better!
Mind: studied & figured out my ballot! 🇺🇸
Soul: deep breathing, remaining calm & positive, gratefulness, took 1/2 hour to listen to an amazing 🎹 pkayer! And talked with an engaging Uber driver who took up the electric base in his 60’s & sings lead in a band he put together with his 12 year old grandson & friends Never Too Old!❣️❣️❣️
Creativity: photo play with filters & editing software & using new perspectives for everyday items! SO FUN!

Body: Worked out and lifted weights
Mind: Went to the library and browsed and got two books
Soul: Yesterday at bible class, I heard that trials and hard times in your life are for the enlargement of your soul. I also talked to my sister yesterday and she reminded me that when our cousin died, she and a few others actually saw his soul leave his body. *sorry if this is too deep; I was sitting her just thinking about the soul.2 -
Body - nice, long energizing run
Mind - read up on the topic of mindfulness
Soul - I voted conscientiously1 -
Creative: spent several hours immersed in a project! I can feel myself getting back into this!!!
Body: resting post Monday’s procedure but also walking and doing PT. Tough times keeping last night but I kept my spirits up. Reducing carbs due to temporary increase in prednisone to avoid medically induced diabetes. Arm is feeling much better. 6 weeks is magic I guess. Attempting to get off Tylenol- so far so good.
Mind: Never quite got to my books with my busy day, but I will today!
Soul: working hard on this as I have begun another prednisone pulse, which likely means even less sleep. 18 days. My spirits are in a good place. Planning some get together a with dear friends.2 -

(Something for the body.) Close to completing my fitness goal steps for the day.
(Something for the mind.) Made plans to help someone trim their butterfly bush this week. So relaxing.
(Something for the spirit.) Watched the birds today. It was warm today. They were bathing in puddles. I think they know something is up with the weather..and I wondered what. Will be reading my Bible awhile this evening.

Self Care for the Body Going to bed early tonight! I’m exhausted!
Self Care for the Soul Journaled today. I love how it keeps me focused on my goals 🙂2 -
Body: Took two walks.
Spirit: Devotional readings. Awed by the beautiful morning yesterday. Driving to work, the way the sun was hitting the autumn leaves, and the air was so fresh after all the rain the day before. So thankful and grateful for the beauty of nature and the peace it can bring! 🍂🌞🍁2 -
Working on various projects around the house and getting lots of little things done (that have needed doing for awhile). Keeps my mind and body busy.
Also, my husband took me out for a coffee date tonight and bought me a peppermint mocha! He's the best!1 -
Rest day from running. Did my daily Duolingo study and handstands.
Helped my mum get home from hospital, then walked home.
Did lots of washing and cleaning. Happy with the house.
Registered for another half marathon.
The plates under my yoga/handstand room's Bonsai and Peace Lilies were gunky, so I cleaned the plates, and gave the plants a spray and a soaking outside. Yay, wanted to do that for a while.

Nov 8
Body: lots of moving, a walk, lots of laundry/cleaning, walking errands
Ate at a good deficit-3rd day with no sugar, no starches after 5 pm. PT x 3.
Soul: practiced gratefulness, deep breaths, noticed the little things
Got a job I’d procrastinated done after 6 months. Feels great!
Mind: read articles on Google, but still want to develop a habit to read non-digital books!
Creativity: read a book about transforming one’s house to make a life & home based on your personal preferences. Was fun thinking about what I loved about our home!2 -
Body: Ate sensibly all day
Soul: Listened to my gut. Had to turn down an invitation to a bar because I’m not drinking. It didnt feel right going this soon.
Mind: Meditation. Quiet time - no TV or music playing.3 -
Body: 14 km walk! The miles rack up when you don't drive and have errands to do! Also handstands.
Happiness: The walk included parkrun, visiting Mum to see how she's doing after her surgery and bring her things, and also walked to a street stall run by 4 girls to raise money for a young family with a terminally ill mother.
Productivity: parkrun Run Director's meeting; setting up accounts for running clubs' public land usage reserve system.
Mind: Duolingo study. Read an article on ultra-running.
Creativity: Drawing. Also posted some drawings I was happy with to Instagram.3 -
Body:
- Well over my daily steps as we walked to the surgery to get our flu shots.
- Walked home through our local park.
- Enjoying the autumn colour at the moment. Kicking through the piles of leaves in the park gave me great joy.
- I also got great satisfaction from working on one of my quilts. I finally replaced my geriatric sewing machine, which was chewing up the fabric as the tension is shot to pieces. My new machine makes it so much easier and quicker to sew the pieces together.
- Did some research on mixing up my exercise routine a little. I need to do work on my strength and flexibility
- I worked on some of my puzzles.
- Got caught up with some reading.
- Switched off all the technology and went to bed early. I need to do that more often.

3. Organization in Art Studio
🏃🏻♀️Body: healthy food, exercise, great sleep
👭Friends: Set up and many togethers (tea, hiking, phone calls, and a weekend visit by a friend who I’ve not seen in a Long Time!!) over the next couple of weeks
♥️Booked our wedding anniversary trip for next year
A satisfying Day!3 -
@MadisonMolly2017 Sounds like you had a perfect day. I like the art studio open house idea!1
-
Body: Will go exercise. I love lifting weights. I also love cardio. Both I need in my life.
Mind: Journaling, followed a new chicken recipe, finished reading a fiction book that has taken me far to long to read, looked at a cookbook slowly and marked recipes for the future
Soul: Listening to my intuition, not judging others (doing my best with that), and biting my tongue before an argument starts...0 -
One thing I'll mention today is that my No Spend November is going well.
So far this month I haven't been in Target (part of my goals), or browsed in any shops. The only things I've bought are food, and running race registrations. My goal is also to not buy any clothes.
Didn't spend any money at all today (unless you count depositing funds in my retirement fund).1 -
Self-care today was not stressing over fewer steps/exercise due to Smoke from California fires.
Spent the time I would have been walking doing final passes/organization of two rooms! delighted!!
4 -
1) Exercise
2) A long walk
3) Meditation
Have a great day people of the planet Earth

Walking, studying, stretching, lots of drawing, posted a new blog post, very productive day at work, plus I didn't spend any money today again!1
-
Ugh. I slacked off on my personal goals (which includes self-care) during the long weekend. Too many outside distractions and disruptions. I do better during the week when I've got tons of alone time to focus on what I need/want to get done. Hope to be back in the groove soon!1
-
Mind: Read a chapter in a book
Productivity: Got a ton of desk jobs done! Got all files sorted out.
Body & Soul: Kept moving round house, doing final decluttering AND beautifying in two rooms!
Creativity: Figured out a new organization for some of my art supplies. Very fun!1 -
Mind: stayed calm through hectic work day, principal observation, work meet til 6:30 and then another meeting til 8:30 p.m. But I amazed myself that i stayed calm and accepted this was going to be a busy day.
Body: Ate low calories because of no time to eat. Will make up for it tomorrow. Started with 15 min yoga in the morning.
Soul: Yoga in the morning- very cleansing and good for the soul.2 -
I have not been posting as often as I should but I have been doing my self care. Lots of working out to feel better and not giving up on my health goals. I also started having really difficult discussions with people. These have been weighing on me for some time and causing a lot of mental stress. Several have to do with my own insecurities and feelings of failure. But I'm working through that. I've also been having lovely conversations with my sister and I feel like we are on the road to fixing it relationship which has always been strained because of reasons.
I have also been toying with the idea of whether or not to belt test in December. I feel like I could pass but I don't know if it's a situation where I would pass with a C when I could pass with an A. I know what's on the test, but I'm just not totally sure what to expect. This test is mostly about having aggression.
@SaraKim17 I will post pictures once I'm at my desktop. I'm certainly no artist!! But I'm working in that.3
