Someone please help me I've piled on so much weight these past two years due to a bunch of things I had to deal with and I've taken it out on food! I lost three some once with slimming world piled all that back on and tbh while I was on sw I still felt lethargic and bloated I think it from over eating still with carbs ect. Anyway I do not know where to start with my diet and fitness all I know is i feel terrible and tired constantly I'm putting on more and more and I feel so self conscious. I want to know more about nutrition, how much my body needs for my weight in terms of carbs protein ect I eat too much of everything! Does anyone know what's the best diet for weight loss that's attainable or any meal plans that are best to follow thank you all

Put your information into MFP and keep track of your intake. Pick the “I want to lose the 1 pound or 1 kg per week” button. Count your calories everyday. After a month or so you can tweak your macros. Macros are for satiety. It is all about calories.

For exercise, do stuff you like to do. My favorite is either biking or hiking and I may lift some weights every once in a while.

To add: Get a food scale, it helped me with eyeballing amount.

    ^ This.

And read the "must read" threads. They're full of excellent info. https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10300319/most-helpful-posts-general-health-fitness-and-diet-must-reads#latest

If you share your stats it will help us see where you're at and what might be the best for you. To start I would examine your motivation. If your not highly motivated and you're afraid of falling of the wagon allot then start with a low weight loss per week goal of 1 lb for example. Then as you make progress and make it a lifestyle you can decide when to change your goal to 2 lb a week or you might decide to leave it alone. Good luck!
