    Nov 13 - 9,180 foundout that the smoke as expected stay here until at least Friday after Thanksgiving so I decided I needed to reduce my calorie intake to match my reduced account. I also decided to step up my step count around home. It was difficult to change but I did it. (Down 6,155)

    Nov 14 - 14,234 - (only down by 1,921 now!!!) climbed stairs, walked, carried one item at a time LOL Iโ€™m Happy ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

    Nov 15 - 11,302 (only down 619 now!) walked & jogged slowly indoors. Pleased.

    Nov 16 - 11,688 (over by + 1,069!! Did it!)
    Walking indoors. Hopeful air will be healthy by next Saturday. Not giving up.
