Restarting...slaying those demons...looking for motivators!

Like most people, I have yo-yo'ed throughout the years. I'm at a mental crossroad and have determined that I will not allow others behaviors to influence my food choices. I'm drawing those red lines and slaying those demons that have clawed into my brain! I am looking for a few new friends that are motivators. I love to encourage others and I am ready to verbalize that I need encouragement, too. With your friendship (and my regular biweekly visits to my therapist), I am positive I can succeed.

I understand totally. I'd like to finally find an outlet and stop being mean to myself. I need encouragement as well. I find myself always unprepared, even though I try like heck to stay on point. I find that when I go out to lunch with friends and I see them get 2 slices of pizza, I think, well if they can, I can. I workout at least 3x a week and the minute dinner wasn't planned or time is running short, I would love to train my brain to say, ok, no problem, have a shake, etc. I have BIG food demons and would love to slay our demons and motivate each other. Tired of starting over.1

I was just about to make a post to see if there is anyone that would want to do a daily check-in accountability group. I'm struggling with tracking and dedication.1

You're welcome to add me as a friend if you'd like to be part of my little corner of this place. I'm trying to really focus on positives this time around, replacing bad habits rather than just breaking them, and encouraging others.1
