It's not actually a diet, it's just an eating schedule, you still need to maintain a calorie deficit if you want to lose weight.4 -
Miss if you ate the same exact foods that you eat right now in one small eating window or one meal, you will lose weight.
If you take the same exact calories you eat now and change the Marcos from carb heavy to fat heavy, you’ll lose weight
If you do both, you’ll lose more.
It’s not just about CICO. We’re more complothan that.8 -

No, this is not true.
If you go from carb heavy to fat heavy, without consideration for calories, you will not start to lose weight. Carbs are 4 calories per gram and fat is 9 calories per gram. That would increase your calories by a lot.
If you're not losing, eating the same calories in a smaller window will not make you lose weight.
IF can help with satiety but it still requires a calorie deficit to lose. I IF naturally and have lost, maintained and gained based on my calorie intake only.3 -

That’s what the woo peddlers would like everybody to believe. But it’s incorrect.3 -
Has anyone started OMAD (One meal a day)?
Read some posts here.
No, defficit calory is not good for a long race. Also, NEVER compare one calory from carbs with another calory from fat or protein. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME from the body digestion perspective.0
