With that amount of daily fiber you should have regular bowel movements everyday, especially if you are also drinking enough water (at least 64 oz a day).
Trying to diagnose it yourself is not a good thing. If it persists you should see a doctor. Period.
Asking a bunch of strangers what the problem might be is silly. If your pain persists, get it checked thoroughly by a good doctor.
Persistent abdominal pain could be gallstones or even colon cancer. Get it checked!!0
