Running, hiking, walking the dog, rollerblading with the dog, bubble bath with a glass of wine, but my secret is cleaning.. I LOVE cleaning! Art can be relaxing for me, but usually gets frustrating.0

Yoga is a new one for me! I am totally inflexible, so I was always hesitant to try. But now I'm in love with it! I just use a yoga poses app to get started, and do them in my bedroom. Even if you only have 15 minutes to spare it's a very nice way to de-stress, and feel like you are getting fit at the same time (without a sweaty workout!). I can now touch my toes which I haven't done since I was probably 5! Just a little stretching every day makes a big difference! 🙂4
