    Consider taking an iron suppliment because when i have meat cravings i usually have low iron. listen to your body and get checked for vitamin/mineral deficiancies:smile:

    I also really wanted it ^^ that's why I'm making them myself. A homemade burger has way less fat and **** inside that a fast food one. I've made the bun myself and the meat is 100% beef with no sauces added, just a teaspoon of mustard, some salad and a slice of tomato. My homemade burger is about 500 K/cal :D if you crave a burger and wanna fit it in your diet, make it! ;)
