    Never tried that mix. I usually just do campari and soda - refreshing and perfect!

    Campari with tonic and ice is the true way.

    No no no no, it has to be Campari and soda with ice.
    (Same for Martini, red or white.)

    Life without IPA, ever? Nuh uh, not happening.

    At least a cup and a half of hot nonfat milk in my coffee every day. (It's a good contributor to my protein total.)

    Random wine and liquor, fairly often. (They're good contributors to happiness and social connection.)

    No soda/pop, or protein shakes, though. Don't care for 'em.

    - Wine

    Occasional:
    - Beer (IPA usually)
    - Water (transitioning to the "often" column)

    I love diet ginger ale! Black coffee too and tea and other than that just water sometimes with lemon. I don’t really get any of my calories from what I drink except when I drink red wine or beer or Baileys Irish cream which I’ve been sipping on lately. So nice in cold weather :-)

    I dont drink my calories to often except for about 50 daily in my bullet proof coffee. I will drink milk twice a week and only have soda once week as a chaser with whiskey for the most part water water water!
