Hello. I need to reach out to others for support. I need to lose around thirty pounds. I have dieted all of my life. Well since I can remember. I love food,but never really enjoy it. If I am not dieting,then I feel guilty about everything I eat. If I am trying to lose weight, then I feel worried and guilty. I am hoping I can learn to have a healthy relationship with food and my body. I would appreciate any help and/or support. I know the magic formula...eat less than I burn. I am hoping at 54 I can finally become healthy and enjoy the blessings in my life. Thanks for reading.

    if you want to try something currently short-term, @MoStacy is looking for people for her Holiday Motivation Challenge (25 or more days of exercise / activity in the 31 days between now and Christmas). I would LOVE some company. Since it is so new, this would be a chance to suggest / shape the community thread. If we bond as a group, maybe we can continue on past the initial paramaters.

    My intro is over there. MoStacy is also in her 50's and I just turned 60.

    Also, I would suggest either December Ultimate Accountability Challenge or Fat2Fit Challenge/ Support. I am in both and they both have very wide-ranging age groups / journey points. Read the intro to both and see if either might suit your style.

    you can do another formula its keep you to your goal
    1- don't sleep after you eat , 3 hour at least .
    2- tray to do not eat sugar , if you can't ,eat it in the morning
    3- try to drink water before you meal , not after, not with
    4- try to make your end meal in the day in 7:00 AM
    5- don' eat banana, orange, tomato, its have a lots of Calories
    you can do these steps in the one by one after that i hope it will by easy to you to go with fix plane

    like OP said, eat less than i burn.

    i have the macros set in the best way for satiety for me.
