Just curious what everyone’s doing and having good results with. Trying carbs 50%, protein 30%, and fats 20%. I’m
currently 178lbs and am looking to lose some fat and gain some muscle.

I’m currently trying to cut about 10 pounds of fat after focussing on muscle
Building for the last year. I’m doing the 40/40/20 ratio. I’m currently 151 lbs. I’ve just started the last week and a half and I’m already down 3 lbs2 -
