    We fly home tomorrow, but hoping to fit in 45 mins at the gym before we get picked up from the hotel, so I should get those planks done!
    I might have to have a rest day on Friday.

    That's ok. Life in general is hectic for me. So I'll be posting when I can too. Thanks for helping and motivating us.

    I think I'll try 2mins a day with a rest day every third mixed planking. Try this to the end of the month than ill see how I managed, review it for next mth.
