Problem fat cellulite legs and hip

My top body look small than legs and hip. I try to lose weight. My weight lost 6kgs from now but seem like my hip and legs still same not change. How can I do!!! Sometime I feel tired!!!

You can’t control where your body burns fat from. You can only do strength training that targets areas where you want to build muscle.2

Even when I am very lean I carry some stubborn fat and have cellulite on my legs. Luckily I don't walk around in hot shorts all day so I've come to accept it more.
Lifting and building muscle in the lower body has helped though.2 -
Keep losing, keep lifting. As far as cellulite goes, it can often minimize with weight loss and muscle gain but it's not likely to disappear completely as it's the make up of your skin based on your genetics. http://breakingmuscle.com/womens-fitness/the-dirty-little-secret-of-the-female-athlete-cellulite1
