I do so good all day at school then I come home and it is on! I eat dinner then it is like I try to cram in everything I can before I go to bed. Time to Stop the insanity!

Late dinner, not my choice (got home after 8 p.m.). Had as "desert" sunflower seeds, unsalted - not a bad choice, I believe. However, to make it up for the November 1/2 point, I'll give this one to LNS, without resent:

    Me: 3 vs. LNS: 1

To those of you struggling and looking at other's scores: we are all here, because we need it! Simply being here shows that you are aware and trying. As long as you don't binge, this is already a success!
Also, keep in mind that the way people give the points is subjective. What might be a clean LNS 0 for some, may be a situation where you take away the point, because you wish you'd do better.

Good luck, to all! We can do this! :flowerforyou:

I was doing so well and then fell off the wagon when my husband lost his job and I started eating my worries!

Here here. I think of it as 'prevent absent/mindless late night snacking'. If you allocate a snack to yourself e.g. 200 calories for 2 squares of chocolate, fine. If you eat the whole bar - not fine. That's mindless eating.
Binging, got a history of that too myself. Craving food and eating everything in sight, shoving it down till I can't walk - a whole other story!
