I am IN turning 65 this year and want to get FIT and outside.I love to walk this is just what I needed to get my year going

Monday December 31 = Pilates!!
Tuesday January 1 = 10 minute walk, 20 minutes of Pilates
Wedn January 2 = 30 minute walk
Thurs January 3 = 35 minute walk
Friday January 4 = 20 minute walk, 50 minutes of Pilates
Saturday January 5 = 20 minute walk, 15 minutes of stretch & Pilates
My goal of 30 minutes of walking or a combination of walking and Pilates for 30 minutes daily is definitely do-able!
Week one = goal met
On to week 2!

I am a walker because of bad knoees and ankles. I do 5 miles monday through Friday and im on the keto diet as of 1 January. My current weight loss goal is 40 LBS.0

I’m glad I saw this as I was looking around the community. Count me in. This seems like a good way to establish a new habit. I have goals to get working on from the dietician. Looking forward to being with all of the group.

Ugh... I've been sporadic and need to get myself into a routine. Problem is I'm soooo easily distracted, great at creating excuses and a lazy-bones at heart lol. But I'm working at it nonethe less. Will post all week's times on the weekend. Keep up the good work everybody!!0

Hope it's not to late to join! I'm 63 and getting ready to retire in the spring. I need to move more and have around 40 lbs. to lose to get to my goal. Looking forward to walking with you all!3

Thank you, I'm in. I work full time and I am a super busy and overwhelmed mom of a 3 year old, second grader and 15 year old. Walking is my me time and I hope to get in at least 30 minutes 3 times a week starting today.1
