Workout Plans

I started at the gym Nov 19th I still feel very lost when I go I do 1-2 miles on the treadmill and then go do some of the weight machines. I normally don't have a plan at all and I think having one would make me feel more comfortable I have looked on pinterest for exercise ideas and routine ideas but nothing is exactly what I am looking for. Can someone please help me come up with a plan? I am 29 year old Female 5ft nothing and I weigh 178lbs I am able to commit to 4x a week for one hour at the gym (planet fitness) and I should mention I would need it to be kinda easy at first and then I can work up to harder stuff. I have tried to go hard at first in the past and I would just quit.

Thank you everyone in advance! I am really trying to just become more fit and losing the extra weight would def be a bonus!!
