Workout Plans

I started at the gym Nov 19th I still feel very lost when I go I do 1-2 miles on the treadmill and then go do some of the weight machines. I normally don't have a plan at all and I think having one would make me feel more comfortable I have looked on pinterest for exercise ideas and routine ideas but nothing is exactly what I am looking for. Can someone please help me come up with a plan? I am 29 year old Female 5ft nothing and I weigh 178lbs I am able to commit to 4x a week for one hour at the gym (planet fitness) and I should mention I would need it to be kinda easy at first and then I can work up to harder stuff. I have tried to go hard at first in the past and I would just quit.

Read at least the first few pages and see if something seems to fit what you want to accomplish. As you are talking Planet Fitness, some of the common plans (for example Strong Lifts) won't work as you'd need a squat rack and PF doesn't have them. But there are good dumbbell programs.
You kinda have to have an idea of your goals and find a plan that fits.1 -
