Take half an acorn squash or 6 oz of some other winter squash, take out seeds, fill the hollow place in the squash with a couple ounces of grated fresh apple and some cinnamon, wrap in foil and bake at 400 degrees F until it feels soft. It's sweet and filling, relatively modest carbs and calories, lots of great micronutrients and fiber.

I happen to really like Halo Top ice cream (I am aware that there are plenty of people who feel the opposite), and I love that I can eat a whole pint if I am so inclined without making much of a dent in my calories

I prefer Breyers delight, but yeah. Under 300 cals for more ice cream than I eat in one sitting (not can eat, but I typically have half a pint in a sitting).

Just wish they didn't cost so much though.

the breyers one IS good. though i ended up tossing half a pint awhile ago as the weather turned cold and I lost interest in eating ice cream!

    Heathen! Heretic!

The Laughing Cow spreadable cheese wedges do seem like a lot more than the 40 or so calories they are.
Dove Promises, especially the dark chocolate ones, also seem much richer than the calories suggest.

The Kerrygold Dubliner version of these taste so much better. Just a recommendation. They’re 30 calories each.

Over easy eggs on top of toast, with salt if I'm feeling dangerous.

I put pickles or jalapenos in my sandwiches, and olives or grated Parmesan on my salads. Makes them feel like a "cheat", but not really many calories added.

    Tacklewasher, that’s hilarious! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I see where some folks actually dip them in chocolate first.

I really want to try this one day. Just to see how mad my staff will get.

I'm pretty sure this would be grounds for calling the police.

I just recently tried Kodiak pancake mix. Decent protein, decent fiber, taste delicious and it's about 300 cal for a serving with one tablespoon of maple syrup. And they keep me really full! I've been having them for breakfast every day and it feels very indulgent.
