Is their anyone willing to give me advice on bulking up, not necessarily wanting to be massive would just like some bulk

Not knowing your size or activity it's hard to say, but off-the-cuff 3700 seems like a big surplus. You can't force feed muscle growth, it's take patience; trying to do so is just going to result in a lot of unwanted fat. This is the best read I've seen on reasonable expectations and math behind gaining muscle. Figure out your actual TDEE and adjust your calories accordingly.
