    •Challenge Goal: Haven't decided, but I need to reach 170 first!
    •January 1: 178 lbs (fluid retention) I'll get this fluid off by the start of the challenge.
    1/02 - 177.2 - Coming down slowly. Need to get back to 174!

    1/08- 174.4 Now to drive this number down further!
    1/10- 174 Creeping down.
    1/11 - 172.8
    1/12 - 173.2 - Little bit higher on the carbs yeterday.

    1/16 - 173.8 - Changed my intermittent fasting eating window to later in the day. Seems to be working, but early weigh ins will be a bit higher.

    After my post on the morning of the 18th, no Internet at home until the morning of the 23rd. I had a couple of high calorie days, a couple of high carb days. Mostly vegetables and nuts. Tomato soup one day, hot chocolate yesterday. A few days, junk carbs, cookie, chips, chocolate. The winter weather has been colder than it has been for a long time. Makes me want to eat!

    📌•April 1: 177 - In March, I did a fat fast to break my weird carb craving and upped my
    exercise. Still a lot of fluid fluctuations from increased exercise, but this gain is from CARBS! Sure hope I can break out of this decade this month. I'm tired of looking at this set of numbers.😜

    •April 17: 175.2 - Not much progress. I was my April 1st weight yesterday!😳


    📌April 30: 179 - Still have not gotten past this weight decade. Come on May, another try.

    ~Hi hello I bailed on MFP forums mid-January but I'm back and working on busting through a plateau~

    February 26th: 164.6- I've been stuck right around 165 for weeeeeks so I'm kicking it up a bit and trying to bust through

    Mar. 5: 163.6- AYE let's pray this is the start of my breakthrough
    Mar. 12: 162.2- HECK YEAH
    Mar. 19: 159.0- I can't believe I was HAPPY stepping on the scale this morning. 36lbs lost overall!
    Mar. 26: 159- Expecting next week to be pretty similar. Spring break struggles.
