    Hello,
This is my first posting and I’d like to participate as well. I lost 70 lbs. over the course of 5 months as a 15 year old in 1995 through diet and exercise (heaviest was 238 lbs.) and have stayed anywhere between 163-194 lbs. over the last 23 years through diet and exercise. I have two children (last child was born May of 2017) and I’d like to get into optimal shape as I don’t plan on having any more children. With two children and stress eating, some accountability will be helpful. I’m also considering excess skin removal surgery in 2020 due to my previous rapid weight loss and pregnancies. Will post starting stats tomorrow.

Please add me to this challenge! I’ve been on the yo-yo train consistently losing weight then gaining it back, plus some. I’ve tried all the fades and programs! This year I’m eating clean, drinking water and teas and exercise!
