    I'm quite the opposite. I love running in the heat. I feel alive with the sun beating on my shirtless back.

    and that's exactly what I want. Except instead I feel like I'm dying lol.

    Yes, when I started running. I had to stop after25 min plus had to walk then run slowly.. I did that for a month then slowly increased minutes and speed. After two months I began to see improvements.
    There is hope, with time I was able to run slowly for an hour. Now I dash for 3.5 hours with no problems whatever. So slow down and give it time. Listen to your body.
