Hi there! I’m looking for other people who want to do Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred for the full 30 days. I am a mom of two young kids, so every time I try to get to the gym on a regular basis, I realize that it is just not doable right now. I love this workout video and I have had a lot of success with it in the past. So if anyone else wants to do the full 30 days of me, let me know!

@tazmaniz99 Hi there! I started doing the workout a couple days ago and am now on Day 3 but I would love to be accountability partners. I tend to give up so I think having a partner would really help motivate me to complete it.1

@bubblegumfitness That sounds great! I can start today so that I’m only two days behind you. Do you want to do dailt check-ins after we do the workout? I’m still navigating the community part of MFP and figuring out how it all works.☺️0

Yes!! I would love to join you! I've started 30 day shred many times over the years but I've never finished it. I'm looking to lose these 40 pounds I've gained from 2 pregnancies.2

I started today as I'm between semesters. I've never finished the 30 days either but got a lot of cute workout clothes for Christmas!2

I just saw all of the replies! I’m so excited we have a support group. What is the best way to do this? A FB group? Is there a way to do it in MFP? I just finished my day 3.☺️1

Hello I’m a mother of four and cannot seem to loose my last pregnancy weight for nothing. Would love to be apart of this group. I’m new to this so I’m not sure how long you started and also where can I get the work from?1

@tazmaniz99 We might be able to just use this. Post in it every day that we completed it and our ups & downs of the workout. We can motivate each other through here as well.1

I have the actual DVD that I originally got from Amazon. I think you can also buy the download from Amazon Prime. It’s such a great workout that really reshapes the body and makes you sweat.0 -

I just finished day 4 of level 1😃 My baby woke me up so early this morning, so I am exhausted, but pushed through. I’m so glad I did. How is everyone else doing today?1

I would love to join. I have tried this several times in the past and never got past level 1 . I am determined to do better this time round. I’ll be starting on 1st Jan if that’s ok.1

Missed yesterday's workout. Going to get it done later today. I always feel great when it's over... incentive to get it done! Hope everyone else is pushing through. The soreness is crazy.1

How is it going for everyone?
I’m trying to muster up the energy to do my day #6 workout. I’m getting kind of bored of level 1😬 I want to complete the whole 30 days though, so I’m pushing through. I already see my body changing shape🙌🏻2 -
Just done day two and my arms are killing !!!!!!! But loving it so quick and fits in perfectly1

I just finished day 9. I’m so ready to move to level 2 after tomorrow. The past two days I have had no time to workout all day, so I did it late at night. I will not miss one of these 30 workouts!!0 -

Just finished day 11 so first day on level 2. 😁🎉 my arms are killing me. I allowed myself to have a few short breaks cause it is sooo much harder than level 1 and I can slowly build up strength.
I am determined to complete full 30 days!!.1 -
Hi everyone! I am looking to join an accountability group and came across this one. I just had a baby about 4 months ago and am trying to get some of the weight off. I would love to do this challenge, and I also came across her 30 day meal plan if anyone is interested in doing that as well! Quick question, which workout challenge is everyone doing? I came across a few, not sure if there is a specific one that everyone is doing! Looking forward to getting to know all of you and achieving our fitness goals!

Today is day number 13 for my challenge. It will be the third day I am doing level two. I haven’t done it yet, but I haven’t missed a work out yet. It’s amazing what a difference this workout makes in overall body shape!0 -
Hello everyone! Would love to join! I did the full 30 days once a few years ago and I was amazed at the difference so I know it works! Just need to keep on track and remember that the results are worth it!
I remember that I found Level 2 impossible last time I did it. At the end of the 10 days, I still couldn't come anywhere close to finishing without a break (so many planks!). I found Level 3 easier than level 2 but, once I had finished the full 30 days, I went back and tried level 2 and I was able to sail through it without breaking a sweat!

I wasn’t able to get to my workout yesterday😕 I’m going to get back at it today and continue with my day 13. I was on such a roll. Last night I was just so exhausted and it felt like getting sleep was more important than staying up late to get my workout in.1 -
Currently been stuck with this cold going around work so trying to rest as much as possible so it goes quicker !! Can’t wait to be back up and running what do you guys do when poorly do you rest or fight through ??0

Done Day 6, Level 1. Tough to finish after jogging but got it done. I like taking cardio out and just doing abs/strength.0
