Family gathering on Saturday and would love to take a dessert my dad can enjoy. Thank you in advance!

Baked apple sweetened with Splenda half sugar and filled with walnuts.

I made sugar free rugelach cookies and made Natasha's Kitchen no bake cheese cake using Truvia to replace the sugar. He liked both of them! And my niece preferred my cheesecake better than regular cheesecake.(it uses cream cheese, mascarpone cheese and heavy whipping cream)

PB2 and Lite Whipped Cream. Makes a delicious mousse or you can put it in a pie crust for a yummy pie.1

I did this with sugar free cool whip...about 1/3 of a cup with 1 tbsp of pb2 powder....took care of my sweet tooth.
Some mashed banana would be good mixed in OR a 1/2 of a crushed graham cracker sprinkled over the top.2
