    My fav is Lite Sweet Vidalia Onion by Ken's Steak House. Although when salad ingredients are in season I'll often just do a squeeze of lemon.

    I make my own also, equal parts apple cider vinegar to extra virgin olive oil. I add various spices and herbs I have laying around so each batch is always a little different.

    Kraft Cesar. Not low cal, but since it has a strong flavor, I rarely need more than 2 tbs at a time.

    When I used to eat more salads, I made this balsamic vinegar/sugar free maple syrup mixture. It had like 15 calories for 2 tbls and was very low sodium. I gave salads up for a long time but recently started testing the waters again so it's either the sweet onion teriyaki sauce if I get it from Subway or I just tried (like 3 minutes ago) Bolthouse Farms Cucumber Ranch. 35 calories, thick, and really good!

    Another great dressing with protein that I used to use is bean dip. I should start buying it again.

    Lime juice, sometimes some salsa, or balsamic glaze/vinegar, also there is a apple cidar variety that's about 30 cals per 2 tbps. Also mint for dressing, I buy some locally from an arteson, but also there is mint vinegar sauce (like the kind for lamb) that i use on salads- little to no cals.

    What’s your fav salad dressing to use???

    1 tbsp honey dijon
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    and 1/4 cup water

    mix well

    Good quality balsamic vinegar and toasted sesame oil. Just need a very small amount.

    Ditto. Flavored white balsamic vinegars are so wonderful on salad and aren't many calories.
