So I put on 40 pounds in 6 months last year and am in the process of taking it off -- 15 gone so far. I am hoping that when I get back to where that I was at, that my arms and shoulders look nice, and that my core is strengthened from these daily pushups : - )
25 is not too many to fit in to a busy day, but I think make a difference not only physically, but by making a goal and accomplishing it daily. Nice feeling.0 -
