3 weeks in

Hi all. I wrote an intro post when I first came back to MFP but it didn’t save and I didn’t want to re type it. So far I’m 1.9 pounds down. A little slow going but with all the yummy holiday food I think I’ve done well. Need lifting routines for free weights. I have a decent free weight system at home and can’t join a gym at the moment. Share what you know and friend me if you’ll help keep me motivated. Positive info only. Thanks and Happy new Year! Here’s to a healthy 2019!
