Getting fit after baby

I’ve lost my baby weight plus a stone more (sounds great but still feel rubbish in myself). I’m weak and not toned. How do people build strength? Also tracking diet and being honest adding the chocolate I eat 🙈

Find a program you like the look of, eat at a small deficit or maintenance if you're currently a healthy weight, eat adequate protein.0 -
Hiya,
I am currently losing baby weight, my son is now 5 months old. I lost a lot of weight a few years prior to pregnancy so I’m using the same methods this time, the best thing for me is actually the Nintendo Wii (sounds lame I know, but I love it) and tracking what I eat through MFP.
The WiiFit tells you exactly what exercises build muscle, tone parts of your body etc. I do a combination of this and walking with the pram, plus eating lots of protein and I always feel very strong 💪
Good luck with your fitness goals!0
