I’m about to start working out again but have not done it while fasting. I don’t eat until 1ish but would like to start working out at 7am. Any tips?

if you cant workout fasted then you need to workout at a different time, or don't do IF.

i do some of my workouts before breakfast for convenience, but i cant do more than 3 miles fasted so long runs are always done fuelled.

What workout will you be doing and by what time do you eat your last meal?

I usually try to have my last meal by 6-7pm.

    Just muscle building and treadmill/elliptical.

I do most if not all my workouts, fasted in the a.m I drink BCAA's before my sesh! Some will disagree, but this helps with energy to get through, and I drink a recovery drink afterwards

Is there's a reason you've chosen eat at 1 and not 12pm? Because this mode of eating is new to you it's likely to be to harsh of a switch. Try building it up an hour at a time every couple of days. Start @ 10pm then work your way up.
