Quick & Healthy Meals

Hi everyone! I’m in high school and am trying to kick off my weight loss journey this year and so I need easy and quick healthy meals that I can make for breakfast and pack for lunch. Any suggestions and comments would be helpful!

    Hello! Do you have access to a microwave? My favorite meals to pack for lunch are 2 tostadas, half a cup of refried beans and 2tbsp shredded cheese (can also add some zero cal hot sauce for a kick). Another favorite is a cup of brown rice (I just use the uncle ben's 90 sec rice) with a mashed up hard boiled egg. So good! Both options right around 300 calories. I usually add some carrots or pirate's booty as a side. Good luck in your journey!
