Water?

I consider myself a fairly high volume drinker compared to the recommended amount. 16 oz of coffee, 12-20oz diet soda, and 80oz of water everyday. I also sweat a lot when I work out and I'm right in track for my body (going by the pee color test). That said, I'm drinking about 3 quarts of fluids per day. I can not imagine tripling the amount of fluids every day. Even on long hikes on hot days I might make it to just over a gallon.0
