So I’ve just started calorie counting again and I’m determined to see it through this time!! I can’t really do much exercise due to my vestibular condition is there anyone else on here who finds it difficult to exercise and is still losing weight?! Please feel free to add me as a friend and we can support and motivate each other :)

Feel free to add me. I am starting over. I lost almost 60 pounds once before, but gained it back after a stroke.

The good news is you don't need exercise at all to lose weight, although it is beneficial for health (just moving a little more in day-to-day life can improve fitness/cardio health or perhaps look into seated exercises). All weight loss is down to a calorie deficit, you can do this entirely in the kitchen if you so choose.

Best advice is get a food scale, log accurately (see Most Helpful posts) and have patience.
