Hey, one of my new year's resolutions was to finally get my BF% in order. As far as I understand, I need to eat at maintenance and have some kind of routine where I do exercises to gain muscle. Now the problem here is, I really dislike going to the gym (prefer doing exercises at home 100%) and I also don't have money to buy any equipment. That is why I am looking for a simple (but still effective enough) body weight routine I could do at home. It doesn't matter how long it takes for me to achieve my goal, as long as the program is comfortable for me to do.
Any suggestions, experiences and opinions appreciated!

There are some body weight programs in the above link, but you have a lot of limitations with body weight. And its certainly not optimal.2 -
This is an excellent bodyweight program:

Another good resource is:

Also if you're on Reddit check out the r/bodyweightfitness subreddit there is so much good information on there.0

For a beginner I really liked the Nerdfitness programme. (In the link @psuLemon posted above).
Incredibly simple, start with what you can do, if your pushups have to start against a wall, that is fine. If you can only do one set of each exercise, that’s fine. Just start.
Once you can do the whole routine, as written, add more complexity, or move on to a new programme.
Hasfit on you tube has some good beginner workouts too. Not all are body weight, but you can incorporate household objects instead of dumbbells.
Cheers, h.0
