I’m looking to start Ripped in 30 on Monday 14th Jan
My honeymoon is coming up in March and would love to be abit more toned up for it . I’m looking to lose around 7 pounds.
Weigh in is optional
I’ll be weighing as least as possible as I got into a bad habit of weighing myself too much !!

    I'm in! I was going to start a different JM video next week, but I have Ripped in 30 and I'd like to give it a try! Last year I was part of a 30 Day Shred group that definitely kept me motivated by checking in each day.

    I have about 20lbs total to drop so this will certainly help with that goal!

    The bug is going around my kids' school BIG TIME hoping my house stays healthy. It's brutal this year.

    Day 2 done! Felt better this morning. I was able to focus a little more on form since I had a better sense of what was coming.

    Personally, not planning to schedule any. I know myself and as soon as I get off the routine it becomes a slippery slope. That being said, I know things will eventually come up and I'll miss a workout here and there, but I'm probably not going to schedule one in.

    Day 4 done! Snuck it in while the kids were watching a show after lunch!

    What size weights are you using? I'm using 5lbs, but might switch to 8's for the second circuit. That one seems too easy (probably means I'm doing it wrong!)
