I need encouragement

I need to lose 85 pounds. Don’t know where to start. I love to eat breakfast. Just don’t know what I can eat. I know losing 85 pounds is not easy. I need some help and encouragement.

    Eat whatever food you like, just in portion sizes that put you in a calorie deficit.

    Eat some fruit and veg for health.

    Do some exercise, again, for health.

    For breakfast foods, I like a fried egg with avocado on a piece of toast (usually skip cheese, but if I have the calories set aside for it, I make sure I weigh the cheese on a scale). Or a frozen whole wheat waffle with 1 tsp butter. Or a cup of yogurt with blueberries or banana in it (weighed on a scale)

    Play around in your food diary to get an idea of what you can eat in a day to stay with in your calories. Not sure what sort of breakfast foods you like. But I find protein rich foods to start my day are best. 2 eggs and 3 sausage links are good for me personally.

    for breakfast i eat steel cut oats and fruit.
