Does anybody on here use that? I am brand new to it and quite confused. Can you turn it on or off or every time you go to the gym do you have to strap it around your chest? I did a workout today but it also logged my time in the grocery store.

    Hi @amyjoi16 I don't know if you ever got an answer, but I've had one for about a year and my understanding is that if you're wearing it, it's on. But I think they've also got new straps, so maybe it has an actual on/off button now?
