Hey y'all I'm not comfortable in the weight room but I would like to start. What are some basic workouts i could try in the weight room?

Also, trust me, everyone is focused on their own workout so whilst it can be scary, everyone is in their own zone.
I recommend seeing a PT at your gym too so they can do a program and show you correct technique and form.2 -
