Yes. MFP already accounts for a deficit.3

Yes eat what you think is far and then put down what you eating everyday and it calculates everything for you and also they exercise on here too and put down what type of exercise you do0

yes.
look at your weekly goal - some days you might be a bit under, and some days a bit over, but as long as it balances out for the week, you're good.0 -
