    Picante? That's salsa. Hot sauce is like Frank's. Tabasco would work too.

    Try it without first. I literally have 8 different hot sauces here right now, but I've only tried it with Frank's. If you do hot sauce with make sure the peanut butter is spread thick to compensate for the saltiness of the pickles and hot sauce.

    Have read people eat peanut butter and sweet pickles, I cannot comment on this abomination, because I hate sweet pickles
