    In my opinion, it’s ok if it personally affects me or is a safety issue and the parents are not doing it.

    Okay if your job is 'behind the scenes' - not okay if you're dealing with the general public/speaking to customers.

    Reclining your seat on a plane so that the person behind you loses space.

    Hmm thats tough, despite how tempting it can be I'm going to say not okay unless you're specifically asked your opinion. It's hard to put in ways that don't sound critical of the parent.
