    Just thought I should say, you can still join in the month of February.
    If you join on February 4th, then the challenge would end on May 4th.
    If you join on February 5th, it would end on May 5th.
    So on so forth ~

    Hope everyone's doing good so far. I've added some new exercises to my daily routine and it's great!

    Thanks for the tip! I added some new exercises and I could barely walk today. 🤣 Lesson learned... KOKO (Keep on keeping on)!

    I weighed myself this morning after a month of avoiding the scale. I had gained 9 lbs between xmas and new years day and managed to tack on yet another lb since then.

    So stupid, but I had stopped counting calories after my food scale died. Kept meaning to get new batteries. Kept forgetting to buy them. Thought eyeballing my food would do. Seeing my weight conitue to creep up when it should be going down is the push I need to get serious about counting calories again.

    So glad I joined this challenge. I have been up and down with my eating since I joined, but I keep on going because I want to be successful at this challenge. Never thought being in a challenge with an online group would motivate me so much!

    Extremely minimal weight loss, but that's normal for me. I'll go weeks without losing weight and then suddenly lose a ton at once. Weird, but I'm not super worried about it. Next week should be better! If not, that's when I'll start really panicking, lol.
