    Certainly. Just be sure the day you join in February is the same day you end in May!
    If you join on February 1st, end on May 1st
    If you join on February 2nd, end on May 2nd

    Joining today, February 8th, would mean you would end on May 8th.

    I’ll join using my weight from February 1st and end on May 1st! My bday is on April 30th so if I reach this goal it’ll be the best gift I could give myself! I’m going to aim high at level 3 and be happy if I at least get close. My weigh in days are on Sundays. 😁

    Starting weight was 160 on Feb 1st. Today, February 9th it is 159. I went to the Y 3 times this week. Glad there are so many others on this journey with me.

    I'm in! I've lost more than 10 lbs since November, but this past week with all the social events I've had some trouble staying on track. I could use the structured accountability.

    I shoot for 10000 steps per day, 6 days per week and 3 solid workouts per week (strength training, rowing, aerobics, etc). I also shoot for a 1000 calorie deficit per day - which meets my goal of 2 lb loss per week (1 lb of fat = 3500 calories). Looks good on paper, but not so tidy in reality (a lot of up and down:). My main goal is to 'Keep on keeping on - koko.' I know slow and steady will win this race!!

    Am happy to report that for my first week of this challenge ( I started late ) I lost 4.8 pounds! I had a health
    Scare in September and have been gaining weight since then, so this is significant and very motivating
    for me.
    Am doing 1500 calories and trying to get 10,000 steps a day. Am on vacation this week so it will be challenging.
    There really isn't anyplace to walk here. But the place I'm staying has a full kitchen, so have been to the store
    for healthy food.

    Hey wondering if any fit bit users in this group want to do challenges? I try to step 10000 a day and also like to do weekend and workweek challenges. My current challenge group is kind of petering out. 🤷‍♀️

    Excited to join this challenge. Type 2 diabetic here, and this challenge times well with my quarterly a1c test. After my last test I set a goal to both lower my blood sugar and lose weight!
