March 17 - Day 49 - Under calorie goal
This week is the real week 7, last week was a miscue
I began this challenge January 28, my target date is June 8, so a bit less than 19 weeks in total.
I started at 212, my goal weight is a range of 179 - 176
As of this morning I was below 196, most of the way to 195, but I don’t count it as a lost pound until I actually get there; so 196 - which is 16 pounds gone, or slightly more than 2 pounds per week. If I maintain this rate of loss I will reach my goal weight by my target date. I will reach my goal weight by my target date! 🎯🎯🎯4 -
@fh1951, thanks for details, makes it easier for me to privately cheer for you.
Besides being close in age, we have something else in common. I started at 210.8 which is close to your starting weight. My current weight, 176.1 this morning, is close to your destination weight. It’s a great weight and you’ll love it.
One difference, it took me 6 months where you’re only budgeting 19 weeks. Can be done when you’re a man on a mission and you are. Keep marching forward.0 -

As is my human tendency my hubris will cause me grief. I am not doing this alone. Without my faith in God and His divine guidance I am nothing. I am thankful for God’s power in my life every day. It is through Him that my life has purpose and meaning. One day at a time Lord!2

March 28 - Day 60 - Under calorie goal
I began this process January 28. As of this morning, March 28, I had lost 20 pounds. Thanking my heavenly Father for the determination to be consistently disciplined that He has granted me! ~16 pounds still to go... One day at a time 🏃♂️4 -
