BHF - Sugar Free Feb

Is anyone else doing sugar free Feb for a charity I’m taking it on for British heart foundation just wondered if anyone else is out there so we can support each other 🍫🥤🍭🍩

    I didn't know people were doing it for charity. I'm trying to cut out refined sugar anyway but maybe the good cause will be a motivation to stick to it.

    Tbh I think BHF is dechox so cutting out chocolate but the amount of money I spend on sweets and fizzy drinks they deserve it :)

    I disagree with their stance on chocolate! There are many ways to enjoy chocolate that do not involve refined sugar. My favorite way to make chia pudding is just chia seeds, unsweetened cacao powder, and unsweetened plant milk (fruit optional). And dates with unsweetened baking chocolate chips is a very delicious snack.
