Your current weight plus 50%, at a guess.

Well, you should be able to squat at least 1.5 times your body weight, and deadlift about twice as much as you weigh. And bench close to your bodyweight. But it might take a while to get there so you have to train hard.

I agree with this. Shouldn't it be about what you can do with said body not how much "weight" it has on it?

    I'm 5' 9"

Anything under 145 leaves me feeling drained.

Based on my current muscle mass, I'm targeting 165-170 for 25% body fat.

I'm 5'10'' and am possibly aiming for 70 kg (154 lbs). It all depends on how strong I am, because I don't care about the scale at that point, rather the abilities of my body (endurance as a runner, etc.) are in my focus. A personal trainer, who did a body composition test for me, said that 72-73 kg might be more of a happy weight if my muscles aren't like spaghetti. My frame isn't slim though, but I have semi-wide shoulders and hips. If I were slimmer as far as bone structure goes, I'd still aim for strong healthy muscles, because those are incredibly attractive, sexy even.

And for the record, I am just under 5'10 and just over 140Ibs.
I have a lot of lean mass.
I was under 126 this time last year, and looked awful.
