Eating Out

Hey guys! So, I am now within my healthy weight range so my weight loss has slowed down. I have started using a food scale at home (where I eat most of the time) and that has helped a lot. But, my sweet hubby and I are going on a date this weekend to get pho at a nice little local place. I used to just eyeball it and use the closest thing I could find in the database. Is that what I should do this time? Maybe do some extra exercise to make up for it?

Just enjoy it and guess as accurately as you can, and return to normal the next day. One day won’t derail you! It is important to be able to enjoy life! Date nights are important!
Good luck and have fun!4 -
Yup, that. Enjoy, estimate, go on with your healthy routine.
Posting mostly to add: You'll probably see a scale jump in the day or two afterward, since pho often is quite high in sodium. That's not a problem, it's not fat weight, just a bit of water retention a healthy body needs to balance out the electrolytes temporarily at a new level. It'll drop off pretty soon, so don't let it worry you if it happens.
Enjoy your date night!2 -
Thank you guys! I'm looking forward to it!1
