If you would like to address other WLS members, I think there is a group on here, there is a group search function. I appologise for not having anything better to suggest. I hope someone with similar experience to yourself will be by soon, all the very best.

I haven't had WLS myself, but regain is not uncommon. Depending on the initial surgery, a revision could be done, or if it's not a significant regain, then going back to the old post-OP diet may be an option. Your best bet would be to speak with your treatment team involved in the surgery. They will have a better picture of your health and be able to make the best recommendations for you.

My sister first found it hard to lose, then found it was easy to cheat the band and ended up gaining some back but not everything. The lap band is just a tool. You really have to work at it for it to work for you.

This group - people here are honest and helpful and have actual experience rather than just opinions, and many have had the same issues that you are dealing with.
