    It's hard to help someone who doesn't say what they exactly need help with. In general terms, to lose weight, you need to stick to a calorie deficit appropriate for you. Set MFP up with correct stats and set it to lose 1 - 1.5 lbs a week and see what that gives you. Weigh your foods to get accurate calorie counts. Track them faithfully and truthfully.
