How often do you weight yourself? I’m curious!

Everyday as soon as I stop I start to gain weight. I use the graph on mfp to see the weight changes and as long as it is trending down I am happy.1

Last year, I weighed once a month because the week to week changes were too frustrating for me. Now, I'm weighing once a week, sometimes in the middle of the week, too.0

It's a bit obsessive, but usually at least three times a day. The scale is just right there, so... lol.1

I weigh myself maybe 2 times a week but on Friday I write it in my app. This makes my mind calmer. Daily is to stressed for me. It fluctuates to much.0
