Tonight I sleep clothed in the hypnotic sound of rainfall1
-
Slept sitting up, on the couch
...in pain - 'cause I'm dumb and won't rest my injury
...injury - that's just life now, the 'new normal' ...*kitten* stupid knee, get with it5 -
Naked always too warm other wise0
-
-
white t shirt and pj often, but sometimes I like to live dangerously so just boxer for me0

I don't even know how it happened so bad.
I was running, felt a 'tweak' in the knee but kept running until I was like 'nope' and limped home.
Weird how its persisted in pain...been 10 days. Advil helps a lot.
I'm *that* stupid runner tho that just keeps wanting to "try it out" ...can I still run? Is this pain 'the new normal'?2 -

It’s really hard to tell with knees. I know downhills hurt my knees the most. It might resolve, or not. Rest might help. Or not.
Some people think running is the worst regular exercise a person can do and other people swear by it. 🤷♀️

ikr
mentally, its invigorating for me, like no other exercise...and I'm 'depressed' when I can't run (markedly saddened , feel bad, guilty and lazy)
is that weird? Is it another addiction?1 -

I usually sleep wrapped in shame, remorse, despair & confusion.

I cannot wear clothes to bed... I toss and turn way too much and get tangled up, so count me as a happy nudist!

When I was younger, no clothes, but now that I'm older, clothes all the way. Because gravity.3
